  • Strong admin and cash-up skills
  • Strong people management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health, hygiene, food safety, liquor and occupational regulations
  • Strong financial literacy (budgeting, cost control, revenue optimisation, variance analysis)
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory tools and Microsoft Office
