*Experienced Call Centre Manager *

Opportunity to join a global company; seeking a dynamic character who is an expert at optimizing productivity within a diverse team of various cultures.

R1.4 million per annum


  • Oversee 50+ reservations agents
  • Oversee operational activities of central reservations department
  • Hire and train new employees as well as oversee the quality assurance of all employees
  • Meet regularly with customers to ensure they are happy and expectations are being met
  • Take the lead with onboarding all new customers in the central reservations department


  • 5-10 years’ experience in hospitality call centre reservations
  • Be ready and set to operate a fully functioning remote office using fiber connectivity
  • Very PC literate and quick to learn on company CRM + various hotel reservation systems
  • Proven management skills
  • Able to work generally Mon-Fri 3pm to midnight (+few extra hours where needed)
