Required for established hotel group head office, Lusaka Zambia
Package: $ 8000.00 + Accommodation + Transport + Medical Cover
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting, consolidation, cash flow planning, audit, tax, internal controls and finance process improvement.
- Practical experience leading finance system implementation or major process transformation, preferably involving Sage 300 Accounting, inventory, procurement or payroll solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capability in financial modelling, data analysis and executive presentation.
- Strong command of financial and management accounting, balance sheet governance, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Sound understanding of hospitality finance, the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry and hotel operating metrics.
- Commercial judgement and the ability to connect operational activity to revenue, margin, cash flow, risk and return on investment.
- Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to Board members, executives, managers and operational teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, negotiation, planning and project-management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple entities and priorities, meet demanding deadlines and remain effective in a changing operating environment.
