R35K ctc + accommodation

  • 3–5 years in contract catering, hospitality, or foodservice operations management
  • Strong systems thinking (inventory, procurement, cost control)
  • Experience with HACCP compliance and food safety protocols
  • Team leadership and staff management (supervise 8–15 staff)
  • Preferably mine or high-volume industrial catering background
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
