Jnr manager couple required for lodge + very busy on-site restaurant, KZN N Coast.
R22-25k + beautiful accommodation/lifestyle – 11days on/3 days off
• Must love nature + be willing to work flexible hours
• Predominantly managing the restaurant, otherwise all rounders
• Proven working experience – restaurant + lodge management – with contactable references
• Able to coordinate the entire restaurant operation (FOH + BOH)
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge including food costing
• Proficient in English
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (eg Gaap)
