Required for 5* lodge, Hoedspruit area
• Minimum 3 years working experience as FOH Manager in a 5-star lodge/Big 5 reserve
• Service training / housekeeping / rooms division / front of house experience
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written
• Experience in using POS, Res Request + Schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills
