Well-established QSR brand requires a senior Regional Manager to look after the whole KZN and Eastern Cape region from both an operations and warehousing aspect. They will also be responsible for finding new sites for stores.

• Travel & after-hours work (nights/weekends) will be required, depending upon business requirements
• 5 years’ experience within the food industry and previous experience in dealing with franchisees
• Valid code 08 driver’s license essential
• Solid understanding of training principles
• Good financial understanding of gross profit and food costs
• Able to manage numerous outlets and staff
• Sound HR understanding to discipline staff
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
