• Must have current relevant experience as a Training Manager in the QSR industry
• Good understanding of the South African theta/SETA requirements
• Experience as a Skills Facilitator (submit Workplace Skills Plans to the SETA and claim back relevant grants)
• Must be registered as an Assessor (design training courses for approval by the SETA)
• Restaurant management experience
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Inter-provincial travel will be required
