• 3 Year Diploma (Hospitality Management or Marketing)
• 8 years’ experience in a customer relationship management position within 5*/luxury hospitality environment
• Negotiating & networking skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills – MS Office, Opera, Inquba
• Financial and business acumen
• Business intelligence & ROI analyses
