  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a sports facility or leisure environment
  • Computer savvy
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Solid retail experience
  • Experience in event management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and events
