  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment with at least 2 years in a senior sous chef/similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of kitchen cost control and budgeting
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
