- 5+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment with at least 2 years in a senior sous chef/similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of kitchen cost control and budgeting
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
