Hospitality Placements’ Training Division offers training in areas of food handling, service, health and safety, food preparation, as well as retail and wholesale.

Our facilitation and assessment services, interactive programmes and skills courses focus on developing skills that will empower learners and/or staff and assist them in understanding the importance of service so that they are enabled to deliver the highest levels of service, according to our clients’ standards.

Our trainers are accredited, qualified and experienced in offering training to a wide range of clients across multiple industries, mainly hospitality, tourism, retail and wholesale. Our trainers are accredited with CATTHSETA, Food Bev SETA, HWSETA,W&R.
Our trainers have been in training since 2003, covering everything from cooking to waitering, service, food handling and health and safety, as well as first aid. Our clients can therefore, rest assured that the training the staff receive is top quality, relevant and of a set, required standard.
