Very busy, upmarket fusion cuisine restaurant is looking for a young, hard-working and very creative chef to potentially grow with the brand.
Will actively participate in stock control, stock taking, control of food cost, creating new dishes and the daily supervision of food preparation. Reporting directly to the Head Chef/Group Chef.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar positions.
Experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cooking is an added bonus,
Should live in the vicinity of Midrand
