• Proven track record as a TOP chef in 4*/5* properties (restaurants/ catering/ hotels)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Executive Chef position
• Excellent attention to detail and culinary skill
• Developmental food skills and creativity
• Experience in designing relevant menus and catering experience
