Required for Sandton’s TOP premier, iconic restaurant
• Preferably international exposure
• MUST come out of a TOP cookery/ culinary school with relevant qualification
• Excellent attention to detail/ presentation skill
• Fine dining food technique and skill
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a fine dining restaurant/hotel chef – CDP/Senior CDP/ Junior Sous level
