CRITERIA:
• Relevant hospitality or event management qualification
• Management of multiple conference venues with experience in:
o Day Conferences
o Stay over Conference with full themed events during their stay
o Banquets, Dinners and Weddings
o Special Events – 800pax to 1000pax
• Proven track record as an Events or Banqueting or C&B Manager
• Strong in cost control and stock management
