Required for leading 5* hotel
Responsible for guest experience, financial control and staff management in all areas of Rooms, Reservations, Housekeeping, Yield Management and Guest Relations.
• OPERA experience essential
• Minimum 5 years’ in the same or similar role in 5* environment
• Proven track record as a senior manager in hotels – either rooms/general management
• Operational background handling security/safety, technology, maintenance, marketing
• MUST be highly competent in reservations, revenue, OTAs and rate management
