• To work day shift – +/-6 days per week (6h30 to 17h30)
• Overseeing kitchen control and management
• Impeccable hygiene and self-appearance standards (interact with guests)
• Relevant experience in the same role and environment a pre-requisite
• Relevant culinary/hospitality qualification
• MUST have own vehicle/license
