Required for Leading Event-Catering Company with a High-Pressure Kitchen
Relevant experience in a VERY high pressure, high volume environment
Minimum 2 years in the same or similar role for a catering company
Strong management and stock control skills
Ability to plan, time management skills and strong admin skills
MUST have HACCP experience
