Required for Corporate Hotel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reconcile cashbook on a daily basis and check petty cash reconciliation and float
• Complete month end schedules and ensure that all accounts are balanced/reconciled
• Produce month-end financial reports: Income statement/Balance Sheet
• Compile and submit monthly statutory returns-VAT, EMP201, Statistics SA reports
• Preparation for year-end audit. Manage audit queries.
• Process payroll, upload payroll journals, update provident fund recon. Assist with payroll information for Employment equity, BEE, Skills etc. and maintain accurate staff files
• Proven track record & finance hospitality experience is a MUST
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have senior finance experience compiling actual management accounts pack
• Relevant Financial/Hospitality Qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hotel industry – in accounts management
