Required for an upscale Holiday/Wedding Resort on the untouched Wild Coast.

R15000 + live in + laundry + meals

DUTIES:
• Specialized in forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages
• Able to manage finances related to the entire purchasing process for food and drink
• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders and stock control
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff and handle rosters
• Oversee and supervise customer service in the restaurant
• Advertising Specials, organising Live Music and Bands, plan promotions
• Menu Development

REQUIRED:
• 5 years’ experience in F&B management or similar role
• Needs to be proficient in MS Word, Excel & POS systems (SEMPER), Social media
• Able to speak Xhosa an advantage – not required
