Required for Corporate Hotel Group
• Should have at least 7 years’ experience in F&B with 3 years in a senior management position in 4/5 star hotel environment
• Knowledge of industry trends
• Extensive working knowledge – all MS office applications
• Strong administration skills – payroll input, staff rostering, inventory control, ordering (sustainable products), training
• English is a primary language requirement (written and verbal) and travel may be required into parts of Africa where Swahili, as a second or third language will be advantageous
