Required for one of SA’s leading travel agencies, based in Sandton
• Admin & Reservations Team Leader – overseeing 2 Admin clerks & 5 Reservation Agents
• Standards, Policies & Procedures (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles and all other PMS/IPS related RM functionality)
• Manage OTA systems for the Group properties
• Working knowledge of Innkeeper
• Strong leadership, customer service, admin (especially excel) and system experience
