• Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at Diploma level
• 5-6 years in the food and beverage industry of which at least 2 years’ in an F&B supervisory role
• F&B cost and revenue management
• F&B product knowledge
• Financial and operational management
• Product analysis & development
• Micros / Opera is preferred
