To manage and control all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar outlets to the required standards within the agreed budgetary limits and parameters, ensuring guest satisfaction and profit maximization
• Must be proficient in English
• Must have excellent service and food and beverage product knowledge including wine knowledge
• Must have bar experience
• Must be hands on, with excellent service and training skills
• Shift work is an operational requirement
• Technical Competencies – Restaurant Operations Management
• 5 years’ experience in fine dining environment, of which at least 3 years is in a management capacity
• Hotel School Management Diploma
