Resident Manager + Front Office Manager

Valid RSA ID is required
RESIDENT MANAGER
• 4 to 5 Years’ experience in a Management position in a 4/5-star establishment
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality/ Tourism Management
• Must be exceptionally well spoken and presentable
• Strong knowledge within the following departments: Housekeeping / Maintenance / Food & Beverage / Kitchen
• Knowledge of water reticulation
• Strong knowledge in: Health & Safety / Employment law / Employment Equity
• Strong financial understanding
• Strong knowledge in OE Management
• Knowledge of PLUS POINT & NEBULA an advantage
• Safari & Reserve Management knowledge will be an advantage
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
• Relevant experience in Front Office Management within a 5 Star establishment
• Must be able to operate a POS (Point of Sale) & Booking system, Plus-Point & Nebula will be an advantage
• Strong admin and English communication skills
