Required for 4* Corporate Hotel
Why you are needed?
• To manage and control all food and beverage outlets to the required standards, maximising revenues and profits to agreed budgetary specifications and to assist the General Manager with the daily running of the Hotel
To apply, you must:
• Have Grade 12 (Diploma in Hospitality/F&B Management/related desirable)
• Have minimum 8 years’ experience in a restaurant environment, with at least 4 years management experience
• Have experience in financial management: purchasing and costing of stock; menu planning, design and costing; and restaurant sales and marketing
