Required for 4* Conference Venue
In conjunction with the Head Chef, to oversee busy kitchen operations, including menu design, all kitchen administration and purchasing, hygiene, staffing, quality and quantity control, and culinary training
Education, experience and competencies required:
• 5 years’ experience in a senior Chef/Kitchen Manager role in a 4/5* environment
• Must be qualified
• Must have own vehicle
