Required for 5* Hotel – fine dining
• Produce pastries for all F&B outlets within the hotel, including Banqueting
• Manage a staff complement of 10
Education, experience and competencies required:
• Culinary Arts, Catering Management or Food Service Management Diploma
• Specialisation in Pastry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef: Pastry within a 4 or 5 * property
• HACCP certification
• Must be able to produce a portfolio of work within pastry
