Required for well-established Event Management Company
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven, with an exceptional track record and proven experience
• Prepare and present proposals
• Manage an event from start to finish including the management of the budget (Excel)
• Liaise with various role-players and suppliers and facilitate the smooth running of the event
• Social media management
• A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Be willing to travel occasionally
• Long hours; some weekends and public holidays
• 4 – 5 years’ experience in coordinating events is essential, including references
• Proven experience with exhibitions, product launches, road shows, corporate events, conferences & incentives
• Strong administration skills
• Good attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills
• Numerical skills – manage budgets extremely important
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
