Jason launched into the recruitment industry in 1999 with Hospitality Placements, specialising in sourcing and placing talent in the hospitality industry. He then recognised the demand for the best teachers in the education industry and the recruitment brand grew to incorporate EduPlacements.

In 1999, Jason realised the need in the market-place for a hospitality recruitment agency with relevant trade experience, who could identify a dynamic synergy between employers and potential employees whilst maintaining a professional and personal service to both clients and candidates alike. Jason Olive (Founding Member and Senior Recruitment Consultant) has been in recruitment for over 20 years and has grown the business from strength to strength. After recognising a gap in the market, he launched EduPlacements as another field of specialised recruitment within the placements brand.
Jason offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the schools he works with regarding the recruitment process, industry standards and expertise in sourcing the right teachers.
Today Jason and his team successfully places candidates from South Africa and the UK across the Middle East and Africa, recruiting for various brands and global companies in both education and hospitality industries.
